Refund policy

Return Policy

Customers have up to 7 days from the shipping date to return an item.

No refunds are offered. Returns are accepted for exchange only.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back at their own cost. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom products, personal care items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

Once the return is approved and the item inspected, you may place a new order in exchange for the returned product.

Canceling An Order

You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you placed it. You must submit the request through our Contact page. If your message was not received or not seen on time, the responsibility is on you. We reply within five hours during business days between 10 AM and 10 PM Israel time.
